LinkUp is a professional and networking community built for impactors. A professional development and community resource platform, founded and led by a Black woman, that operates via web and mobile applications. Launching in 2021, the platform allows Enterprise partners to post employment opportunities, host networking events, and share educational resources. Members post discussions, view and utilize resources, and nurture valuable relationships with potential employers, partners, and clients.
An impactor is someone who uses their influence to serve their community on the basis of collective wellness.
LinkUp is for entrepreneurs, advocates, and organizations in agricultural industries who require various tools, support, and resources that will help them amplify their voices and increase their reach in their mission to serve low-resource communities.
Unlike LinkedIn, LinkUp takes a grassroots community approach to professional development as we work to decrease barriers and create economic opportunities for generations to come.
LinkUp values impact over influence. For that reason, we partner with grassroots organizations who are doing the work to reverse the effects of injustice and systemic oppression in the hardest-hit communities. Our partners provide resources and solutions in areas like Civic Legal Aid, Economic Development, Reentry, & Violence Prevention.
By aligning with prominent non-profit organizations and governments, LinkUp will establish itself as the authority for professional networking and training as well as specialized industry content. Changes in agricultural industries will drive revenue and create a new set of demands for skills that are transferable to all phases of the industry, including ancillary markets.
